This event is the first of its kind for Substack, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

Event Details

The evening will take place at St James’ Church, Clerkenwell (EC1R 0EA), from 6:30 PM to around 9 PM. Upon arrival, guests can enjoy festive treats—mince pies and mulled wine (or non-alcoholic options)—before settling into the beautiful church setting.

• Doors open: 6:45 PM

• Doors close: 7:25 PM

• Event begins promptly: 7:30 PM

Each reader will share a piece inspired by the theme of togetherness, with readings lasting between a few minutes to ten minutes each. While the church setting adds a touch of magic to the evening, rest assured there will be no religious readings or hymns.
